What's your all time favorite dish to make?Anything from the “ Old World” . I want to bring old recipes to an American level, but still have that gourmet spin to it, where it’s Americanized, but VERY simply. JUST enough to get Americans interested, but still keep the authenticity of the meal!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I aspire to launch a food truck business that brings global street food to America, elevated through sophisticated presentation. I envision this venture as a lasting inheritance for my children, offering them a respected trade and a sense of security, wherever life may take them.
