My grandfather was a chef and as a kid I would watch him cook in his kitchen or in his restaurant. Since I was about 11 yrs old it was then that my passion for the kitchen started.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love to explore different cultures and try to create their dishes with a twist. But my favorite dish would have to be from my country of puerto rico pescado en escabeche or camaron en salsa criolla
