Who or what inspires you to cook?

My dad was a great baker, an I grow up in the bakery with him and my mom. His bread and cake from my mom was the best. Sometimes he baked turkey for the gypsies, and this flavor I cannot forget.was amazing.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Challah bread, paninis and esfihas Chicken poppers, Pao de Queijo (gluten free),
