Unable to afford dining out, I found inspiration from cooking shows and my job in a restaurant, tasting everything from the kitchen. My grandmother, who made meals from her garden, showed me the beauty of creating with what you have. Cooking is my therapy a way to create joy, connect with others, and express love. With each dish, I share a piece of myself and honor those who inspired me.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?One of my all-time favorite dishes to make is Hasselback chicken stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, and cream cheese.
