What's your all time favorite dish to make?Soups! Hot or cold soups. Soup is a comfort food, light enough for breakfast, lunch, or served with dinner. Lasagna soup would be a top choice.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would look into branding and commercial preservation of foods for later use. A Food truck or a soup kitchen are things in my mind. Soup is not expensive and can feed many people.
