My culinary journey began with my father, who instilled in me a passion for cooking. Growing up, he shared his expertise and love for food, sparking my interest in pursuing a culinary career. I'm also grateful for the guidance of esteemed chef mentors who have generously shared their knowledge and expertise with me.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My specialty lies in Levantine cuisine, showcasing the rich flavors of the Middle East. However, I also enjoy experimenting with other dishes. One of my favorites is a pappardelle pasta in a rich butter sauce, topped with seasonal mushrooms - a comforting treat I love to prepare for myself.
What would you do with the $25,000?The $25,000 would help me establish a a better standing for my pop-up restaurant. As a young entrepreneur, I bring extensive experience and passion to the table. This investment will be crucial in turning my vision into a reality.
