I have cooked my whole life, and with my cooking it has opened doors for me that I truly am blessed for opening. I've lost over 280lbs!

Now a days I find it more as a internal drive to stay at the "top of my game", and to do my best to kinda take the old southern recipes in which I was taught, and to honestly do my best to put a "healthier twist" , so that I can share my food with all,and break that stigma,that "Southern food is just deep fried junk food".
What's your all time favorite dish to make?It has to be my big mama's Mac n cheese, along with her smothered pork chops and Candied Sweet potato pie cheesecake.
What would you do with the $25,000?It sounds cliché,but I would invest in my son future, so that I am able to give him something nice.
