Who or what inspires you to cook?

My mom taught me at age 9 and I gained a passion to growing my culinary capabilities since a youth. I was caught watching Emeril Ligasse as an 8 yr old kid in the late hours of the night and my mom agreed to teach me.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I love barbecue ribs, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, cabbage, and Cornbread a southern stable for good Sunday dinner

What would you do with the $25,000?

Honestly I would open my food truck work it regularly with partnered locations I’m approved to park/ content exposure events and food truck wars international. Innovating the start of a food truck fleet with more popping up in different states all under my particular brand.
