Who or what inspires you to cook?

I have been watching the Food Network channel since I was about eight years old. I am now 35. It is some type of Zen that I get when I cook or when I am in the kitchen it is my forever happy place.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Salmon Alfredo Tuscan chicken

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to help get my food truck business up and running also donate some of it to a nonprofit organization
