What's your all time favorite dish to make?“Sach Ko Somlaw Machu Kroeung” is a spicy and sour beef stew made with Beef and innards/Thai eggplant/kreoung paste/potato leave stem/jalapeños. A major staple in Cambodian cuisine.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open a Cambodian restaurant called Srok which means countryside. A restaurant that speaks about the struggles and challenges of being an immigrant with dishes that remind you of the Cambodian countryside.
