What's your all time favorite dish to make?It’s technically a side dish, but I would have to say Kimchi. One of my fondest memories as a kid is squatting the “kimchi squat” next to my grandma while she was making a batch, and she would pop a freshly made piece into my mouth. To this day, freshly made kimchi (or saengkimchi) is the only thing that makes my mouth water. Love you, Grandma 🥲
