What's your all time favorite dish to make? While I’ve talked a lot about BBQ, my favorite dish to make is Cioppino. I’ve been making pomodoro since I first started cooking on my own. What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to start a Barbecue sauce company. I’ve been making my own sauce for over 35 years. Every one who tries it tells me I should sell it. The money would enable me to scale my recipes up from my 5 gallon batches.
