I am not a chef, at least not a trained one. I like cooking for other people to see the emotions it releases when it tastes truly amazing.

Receive Text UpdatesMy father was the perfect inspiration in many areas of my life. My father took over the cooking when my mother started night school. He would open up the cupboard and pull random things out and say let’s see how this tastes. Some truly great and awful dishes were created in those years.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Chili or lobster bisque. Chili is so controversial on the ingredients and styles, I just love the variety. I have won 28 chili competitions, I have also been beaten by my own recipe using our seasoning. Lobster bisque is my second favorite because it is simple and tedious at the same time. Both bring so many depths of flavor to the table.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use this money to take our seasoning business to the national level. We are small and local with a loyal fan bases but we need that capital push to take us to the next level.
