What's your all time favorite dish to make?I am a seasonal cook. I we just threw a Mardi Gras party this week, so a 30# crawfish boil, gumbo, muffuletta, red beans, shrimp and grits. Next party is St. Patrick's Day , a full Irish in the morning. I have my students, curing pork they broke down in class for the back bacon that goes with the full Irish. Cinco and Bastille are fun too.
