I get inspired about cooking when I was a child, I use to help my mom to make tortillas when I was 9 years old and I started cooking, I use to make eggs with ham , I was 15 years old when I move to New York, I found out I had a cousin chef from my father side and Uncle chef from my mother side, so I realize my cooking passion was on my blood, but it was not easy I started as a dishwasher,learning and start from the battom and I’m happy to said I’m started as a dishwasher.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Well im from Puebla Mexico,I love Mexican food, each state has they own traditional dishes and they own way to cook, but my favorite dish to make is eggs with ham because I remember my childhood, tortas, and tacos.
What would you do with the $25,000?Support my family, open a restaurant so I can created More jobs, more opportunities, and always working as a team as a family. Now everything is getting more Spencive even to open a restaurant, to found a good location, pay the rent, food cost, labor cost, utilities, etc… I know, Nothing is easy but everything is possible working hard with passion loving what we are doing for living Thank you.
