What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish of all time is the taco. The simplicity of the taco that allows your mind to run wild of what a taco is and what it should contain is what makes it my favorite! What would you do with the $25,000?What I would do with the 25,000 is invest in myself and pursue the dream I’ve always had since my journey of becoming a chef, open my restaurant. I have taken the step to start a taco truck but my ability to create intricate, and complex menu items is limited to my small taco truck. So opening a restaurant would be the next step to allow my mind to run wild and show my town of Reno NV, what my culture and myself are made of.
