Receive Text UpdatesMy culinary calling started when I was a child, coming home from school and my great grandmother would be rolling dumplings at her table or my grandfather and his cakes! I’d always want to help. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve carried both of them & those moments with me in the hopes of having just one more with. I want to continue to learn and experience the joy of cooking and food with everyone.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I’d say a classic chicken pot pie. Or various savory pies. I love the mix of baking and cooking. Nothing beats a handmade, buttery, flakey pie crust with a delicious filling. And then you get that perfect bite? I can practically taste it already.
What would you do with the $25,000?Go to culinary school! I’d use the money to better myself and help towards my career. I graduated high school in 2020, right in the midst of Covid. My senior year was nothing like I thought it would be. I thought after graduating, culinary school would be right around the corner. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Time caught up to the two people who helped start the fire of my passion. I never lost sight of carrying their memories on through my dishes. That’s what makes it so special.
