Food is connects us in a pure, unfiltered manner evoking emotional responses, memories and understanding and admiration of various cultures and ways of life that differ from our own. We are more alike historically than we are different. If I can bring smiles and blatant satisfaction then I’ve done a good job. I went to Escoffier Culinary arts academy but wish i had pursued it 10 years before…but I am ready to make a mark and create fusion foods that create a culinary kumbaya / hand
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Everything. I have a very diverse pallet. I am drawn to fusion because I don’t compartmentalize my tastebuds. I want to be disrupter in our industry and open doors, minds and invite the world to a tasty playground.
What would you do with the $25,000?Start a business. I have a few prioprietary dishes that NO ONE else is doing. A “Sweets Boutique” or niche specialty upscale food delivery / private chef events / catering / food truck or a bistro of some sort. I will make good use of funds and make an unforgettable mark wherever I land.
