Who inspires me to cook are the smiling faces of the community and others when seeing the people happy and enjoying my food while bringing people together as one, it just brings joy to me. It reminds me of my late grandmother, whom inspired me to cook, I remember watching her as a little girl pick, cook and prepare large meals as we sat at the dinner table held hands said our prayers and would feast.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to make is gumbo.
What would you do with the $25,000?What I would do with the $25,000 is, I would build a Jazzy Soul Southern mobile food and desert truck. Also catering to the less fortunate and homeless providing fresh meals on wheels.
