Receive Text UpdatesIngredients, butchery, palate, and heart. I have worked so hard to get to where I'm at in my culinary world. Yet I still want to learn more. I have been helping rehabilitate my roommate due to hip surgery and after two year he is back to cooking in a fine dining restaurant, that brings so much much joy to alot of people. Im 34, it took burns and tears to get me to execute Chef in a male dominated world. I have no regrets and cannot Wait to see what else is next!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Wow, that's really difficult. I love all cultures, proteins and veggies. Souvide pork, crudo, braised wagyu, brined duck. Love working with berries, textures and acids.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay off my car, take a second to go on vacation, have a couple months of rent paid. I would love to see my family more, my dad has been in and out of surgery for a little while. I've been a restaurant chef for so long I would like to be able to take some family time and self reflection.
