Who or what inspires you to cook?

I love experimenting with new spices and flavors. I watched my mom and Aunts cook for decades and never just phoning a meal in. They had passion even if they were making a sandwich. Wether I am cooking for me, my family or friends I give it 100%

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Nothing earth shattering but my Sunday gravy. With meatballs, sausage, pork and neck bones. Slow cooked in a rich tomato gravy and simmered for hours.

What would you do with the $25,000?

A bucket list trip to Italy with my family.
