In short: culture. No one fights when it comes to eating good food. Learning about food culture from other places helps us understand one another, and in turn makes us more empathetic to one another.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?As an Italian American, pasta has always been a love of mine. It’s lead me to dumplings from many nations. If I were to choose a dish that I love making specifically; I would say Sardinian culurgiones.
What would you do with the $25,000?$25k? I’d pay some debts and get an LLC together for my private Chef business with Chef Bobby Driscoll. Probably buy a refurbished pacojet too!🤣
