It all began with my mom. As a child, I would sit on the counter and watch her cook, witnessing the joy that good food brings to everyone. Now, I cook many of my meals for my wife and our two daughters. I love seeing their faces light up when the food hits the right note. The happiness and connection that comes from sharing a delicious meal is truly special.

It's incredibly difficult to choose just one favorite meal! If I had to pick, it would definitely be any kind of pasta. My Italian roots truly shine when I get the chance to make pasta dishes. Whether it's a classic spaghetti Bolognese, creamy fettuccine Alfredo, or a hearty lasagna, I love the process and the flavors. My friends and family don't mind it either—they always enjoy the meals I prepare. Sharing these dishes brings us all together and creates wonderful memories around the table

Well, the first thing I would do is buy a beautiful full wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano! I have no clue what I'd do with a whole wheel, but it's a crazy purchase perfect for winning a cooking competition! On a more practical note, I want to build a private home chef business focused on small dinner parties and classes for small groups. I envision creating intimate dining experiences with personalized menus and cooking lessons, sharing my passion for food and creating memories around the table!
