Who or what inspires you to cook?

The hope for a peace filled future utilizing local produce and creations instead of a system filled with nature destroying, carbon increasing, nutrient lacking poision. My mother and Grammy inspired me to cook, while Anthony Bourdain, Andrew Zimmern, Eric Rapert, and many others have fostered my love for creating moments through meals and spirits.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Braised oxtail with white bean vegetable ragu alongside herb infused sourdough bread, microgreens salad with local honey mustard vinegarette, wine, table honey, family and friends.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Refinance my life and prepare myself and garden site; ArtisTREE Gardens, to host folks around AND from out of my community to see the power of locally produced arts and organics.
