Who inspired me to cook was my great grandmother. When she passed away right before I turned 16, I made a vow that I would continue doing the very thing that brought us both joy when we made dishes together.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I absolutely love seafood & pasta because of the endless possibilities of the two. When they’re combined, & perfected well, it’s an explosion in your mouth. So if I had to narrow it down, my favorite would be shrimp & crab lasagna rolls with a herbed cream sauce! The ultimate carb factory but it will be so worth it!
What would you do with the $25,000?What I would do with $25,000 is not only make sure my mom and my grandma are taken care of, but I will further my goal of obtaining my own food truck. It’s always been something I’ve strived for since coming out of culinary school. I love to travel as well and that would an amazing way to network as far as my truck will go. Just be on the lookout, because ChefME LLC could be in a city near you real soon!
