Receive Text UpdatesMy Grandpa sparked my love for cooking as a kid, teaching me the joy of creating something from scratch. But my biggest inspiration is my brother, Lucas. His life was tragically cut short at 21, but in that time, he chased his dreams fearlessly. He always believed in me, pushing me to do the same. We’d stay up late, cooking and dreaming of opening a restaurant. Now, every dish I create is a step toward making that dream real—for both of us.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to make is chicken noodle soup. As simple as it is, it’s full of comfort and nostalgia. I used to make it when friends would gather at my place during Michigan’s brutal winters. We’d laugh, share stories, and listen to music as the soup simmered. It’s so rewarding to create something healing from scratch, especially for the people I love. It’s a way to show care and always brings back good vibes and great memories.
What would you do with the $25,000?$25,000 would bring me one step closer to the dream Lucas and I always talked about—me opening a restaurant. My partner and I share a love for baking, and we’re ready to bring our vision to life: a modern bistro and bakery serving incredible, hand-crafted bread, pastries, and bold, creative dishes. This isn’t just a business—it’s a passion, a tribute, and a way to build something unforgettable. Winning this would mean everything.
