My mom inspires me to cook, to create, and to be excited about it! Growing up on a farm with 2 younger brothers, I went to bed and woke up excited about what my next meal would be. Seeing what other chefs are doing constantly sparks the imagination. Chefs Table Season 1 & 2 really opened my eyes to the journey. Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain was next. Being in the kitchen is a creative space where so many ideas can come to life and we get to experience them with all of our senses
