My wife and kids are what drives me to produce quality plates that are creative and have layers of flavor.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Homemade pasta, with a made from scratch sauce. I've done so many variations of sauces that it's very difficult to pick just one.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Travel with my wife and kids.
