Receive Text UpdatesMy cooking inspiration stems from many, many, holidays in the kitchen with the most important women in my family, my Mom, my Aunt, and my Grandma, who all played a vital role in honing my skills and passion for food. Whether it was cleaning and stuffing a turkey or making cranberry and gravy from scratch, fun and great taste tests always abounded. I also took a great many teachings from my Dad; who shared an equal passion and attention to detail as my maternal teachers! BBQ, live fire and FRESH!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Favorite dish?? I really love cooking outside, period! It's hard to pin down a favorite dish, but if I was forced to choose, it would have to be making delicious half pound, all black angus, burgers on my flat top, or searing some beautiful 20 ounce bone-in Ribeye's on my wood grill/smoker combo. Not to diminish what happens inside the kitchen, because I have plenty of love for stews and soups like chicken noodle and chili, as well as roasted dishes like London broils and Brussels sprouts!
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest it back into my business in the hopes of getting a food truck, or renting space to get our brand solidified as a quick service and supremely fresh dine in establishment! While, of course, also maintaining our presence in the catering market! We would also give back to local charities.
