My friends and family are my biggest inspirations. They all come together very excited when I cook a meal for them. Seeing the light in someone's eye come on, when they take that first bite, and say mmmm, my heart instantly becomes happy and my soul at peace. I love to use a mix of pre-made ingredients with fresh to make life easier while also keeping time down in the kitchen, so there is more time to spend with family.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Lasagna! I know this is a basic answer, but I have converted many haters of that dish into begging for more of mine. My next would be a great sandwich and soup, or cheeseburger. I love to keep it classic with an upgrade
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to begin my journey with opening a family style Cafe. This would help the funding process and getting my face and name in front of millions of people, so I can share my love of cooking, and hopefully help moms world wide realize cooking doesn't have to be hard!.
