My grandmothers! Huge family gatherings with tables loaded with delicacies; all homemade of course. My first food memory was apples with cinnamon sugar loaded into dough & baked. I smell the kitchen right now.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Fish. Not shellfish. My Spanish style fish stew is award winning. It tastes like you’ve spent hours preparing and cooking this one pot wonder, yet it’s simple & quick to put together & I think I may have to make it tonight as my mouth is watering. The dollop of smoked paprika mayo on top of the stew makes this dish delectable.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d visit San Miguel de Allende, Mexico as the cuisine in this region makes my mouth water. I love to travel places where I can learn to cook something that I can then make at home.
