I’m inspired by nature’s gifts, creating plant-based meals that honor our bodies and the Earth. Every dish I create is a celebration of culture, resilience, and the unconditional love that food carries.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to make is Cajun Fried Vegan "Fish" with creamy grits and collard greens. It’s a soulful, plant-based twist on a Southern classic that honors my Creole roots. The flavors are bold, comforting, and deeply connected to my heritage—every bite reminds me of family gatherings, love, and resilience passed down through generations.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000, I would invest in opening my vegan café and community wellness space, offering nourishing plant-based meals, cooking classes, and holistic workshops. It would be a safe, welcoming space to educate, heal, and inspire others—especially underserved communities—about the power of food, health, and unconditional love. This has been my dream to create lasting impact through nourishment and community.
