My Great Aunt Jackie inspired me to cook. Whenever I would go to her house I would always find her in the kitchen making a meal. She would make sure you were fed and took some food to go. She cooks huge family meals and takes them to the homeless shelter to feed those in need.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish to cook is Jamaican brown stew oxtail and butter bean. It’s packed full of flavor throughout the meat and the vegetables.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to help kickstart my dream of opening a food truck. Watching people enjoy the food I cook is one of the best things in the world.
