What's your all time favorite dish to make?My chicken curry!! Everyone loves it. I have the best memories sitting around a big pot of chicken curry. It’s what my children always request when they come home. It’s what my students so eagerly wait for during the school year. When they learn it, they send me photos of them making it for their families.
What would you do with the $25,000?My grandmother moved us all here 40 years ago. My parents, with four children with a few cardboard boxes of luggage and couple hundred dollars. This country has given me so much opportunity and I have spend years overcoming and undertaking many milestones. A dream I always had was to take my children and husband back to Fiji Islands and share my childhood. Show them where I was born, share stories about my cooking, My youngest graduates from UC Berkeley next year and it would be a dream to go!
