What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love to do a roast chicken, pan sauce, my mom's "famous" parmesan mash, and crispy veggies - either glazed whole carrots, broccoli, or asparagus. I also love to make fresh pasta.
What would you do with the $25,000?Set it aside in savings for when I'm ready to buy land to farm on. My greatest dream is to have a small farm-to-table restaurant where I can be both the farm and the table.
