What's your all time favorite dish to make?Eek. Depends on the day, the weather, the vibe, the season, the company… however, low and slow is always my favorite way to go! I love the process of making my 48 hr ramen broth at my restaurant, I find it meditative. At home I suppose it’s a toss up between chicken soup or Sunday gravy with meatballs. When I make these dishes, I am never alone. Bonus: on chilly days they help warm my apartment as well!
What would you do with the $25,000?The first thing I would do is commercially jar my XX nutty sauce so it can be distributed and folks can get saucy and SEND NOODZ! More importantly, I believe this sauce is delicious enough to generate a stable source of revenue for my business, thus enabling me to use my commercial kitchen to share even more with my community. I would also look into developing a mobile kitchen so that I can take this love on the road and share it with more customers and communities. Watch out world!
