My mother instilled my passion fo cooking at a young age. After she suffered and survived an aneurism. She has forgotten so many of the recipes we grew up eating. So I do enjoy cooking cooking with my mom trying to recreate some of the recipes and work on fine motor skills.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My mom's original recipie Seafood salad..which the Korean community of Milwaukee decided as one of the dishes to be served when they were visited by the arch bishop.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to open a brick and mortar restaurant or add another food truck to give us better coverage in the city
