My Italian Nonna taught me so much from a very young age (I didn't know my mother until later on in my adult years) so that I would grow up knowing how to care for my family through food. She was the epitome of "love is 80% of the recipe" and I carry on that vibe. So I've essentially been cooking since I was about 8 years old. Everything from scratch so I know what's going into the mouths of those I love. Anything from marinades to dressings to sauces to broths, my passion runs deep.

This is tough because I feel like you should be asking those who've eaten anything I make. There are so many things I love to make. Honestly. Cooking and Music are my passions. I make things that are more "intricate" and things that are considered to be "simple." My nickname is "3Ballz Grimalds" so let's say my meatballs! They're definitely sought after! Everything in 3's.

I'd love to continue to pursue my dreams that were abruptly halted when I received a breast cancer diagnosis in March of 2023. I've had 10 surgeries & radiation treatments within the last 2 years, followed by preventative meds and more surgeries to come for reconstruction. I haven't been able to work having constantly been in "recovery." I'd pay off all of the debt I've incurred during this time so I can focus on making my dreams come true and start to live again.
