My greatest inspiration is my mother.at 12, my father passed away, & our world changed! My mom had to work to support us, and in doing so, she began teaching me how to cook. Every day after school, I’d come home and prepare the recipes she taught me, so we could share a warm meal together when she got home. What began as a responsibility quickly became something more—something meaningful. Cooking transformed from a chore into a passion, a way for me to express my love & bring
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love preparing Chilean seabass - I love the technique of the sear and creating different sauces to accompany- truly a versatile dish
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to improve on my kitchen so I would most likely invest in either an appliance or expansion
