I love seeing smiles on peoples faces, I love the work, the art and the time put in to cooking. From finding ingredients to a perfect mis-en-placé. Watching my sourdough ferment and having fresh bread for breakfast. Curing and smoking my own bacon or salmon (even catching it too) I have even made my own charcoal. Most of all, is watching my son get more and more interested in cooking and having a passion for food.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I don’t have one. That’s like asking a foodie what thier favourite dish is to eat. I love cooking. I love food. I love watching people enjoy…. I always cook to the party. Just like when I DJ, you have to play for the party…. Can’t go in with a hip-hop set when the group wants country.
What would you do with the $25,000?Legacy…. A legacy and something for myself and my son, start my micro sourdough bakery, continue teaching my son the art and then one day, he can take it over.
