Who or what inspires you to cook?

My grandmother was an amazing cook and my mom followed right behind and watching them in the kitchen creating food for the ones they love gave me a passion for the same thing. Watching my guests eat the food creatively made for them with that passion is the reason I continue to do the work i do.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Shrimp ans grits is one of my all time favorites to make. The creamy grits mixed with a great creole gravy and pan seered tiger prawns. Its a dish that hits on every part of the palate

What would you do with the $25,000?

I want to buy a food truck and feed the people in my community something different and let them taste passionate food.
