Watching my guests eat the food creatively made for them with that passion is the reason I continue to do the work i do.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Shrimp ans grits is one of my all time favorites to make. The creamy grits mixed with a great creole gravy and pan seered tiger prawns. Its a dish that hits on every part of the palate
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to buy a food truck and feed the people in my community something different and let them taste passionate food.
