What inspires me to cook is the opportunity to be able to bring people together through their taste buds. Whether it's family, friends or my local community I'm lucky enough to be able to invite everyone to my kitchen to bring a level of happiness and an opportunity to create long lasting memory.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?It's very hard to decide which dish is my favorite as they all hold a special memory to me. If I had to choose one dish it would be my Italian meatballs that I grew up on! I remember making them with my father and grandmother at an early age. We would sit down every Sunday and have family dinner. To this day I have not changed the recipe to keep the tradition going!
What would you do with the $25,000?In ONE month I will be getting married to my beautiful fiancé Julie. This money would help me be able to start my family as we would love to try and start having kids right away. Our business took a lot of our time and it's time to be able to bring that family time back. I would also like to donate some of the money to a local children's foundation. :)
