Who or what inspires you to cook?

My Grandparents on my Moms side, Virgil Lee and Lottie Mea Williams. They have always been my inspirations. Late nights par boiling and canning. Never letting anything go to waste.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Well. Sancocho, but, I do not have a favorite. I make what is available and cost effective but delicious and decadent. Fried rice, Beef shank, Blue Catfish (invasive species but taste like trout). I sample meat. Cachete de res, lengua, etc.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would donate 1/2 of any winnings to the Shriners Children’s Hospital and the other half to Tritan community college culinary scholarship.
