Who or what inspires you to cook?

What inspires me to cook is when my Filipino Father said to me "That it was never to late to start again" and I used that motivation to put one foot over the next till I got every experience to have the very best guest experience, and also feel special when they sit and eat,it's all about the experience and the feeling of limitless amounts potential when food comes to play for creation to have people come together and have a family experience from the comfort of your home or setting

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I love asian culture being Filipino and knowing many great culture not just my own choices of fresh vegetables and assortment of fresh fish and different types of beef with simple sweet chili /soy glaze reduction as flavor lasts for the taste buds.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would start working on the Ministry Center I had a vision of doing where would be able to share culinary experience as well as night class 3 times a week ..
