Receive Text UpdatesI started off as a bussser because when I was working for PlayStation I had to wait for games to finish being developed enough to test, I moved up to foh manager a few years later, after leaving the industry to try and play pro soccer I got injured and I came back, first Sous chef I worked with became my best friend Jarick Henderson, he was murdered in LA a few years ago and ever since then switched from front of house to back of house, I’ve worked over 200 events in the San Diego area
