What's your all time favorite dish to make?Coq au Vin, all kinds of Salads, Particularly Caprese with locally grown tomatoes during the summer months.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d love to write a cookbook, travel to Mexico or Italy to learn more about their cuisine, and purchase a much needed cooler for my cafe.
