My family! Especially my Momma & son! I used a stool as a kid to reach the stove to help her cook. Everything she cooked was magic and I wanted to learn! My son inspires me daily. We love cooking together and trying new recipes. I'll support whatever path in life he chooses to go down, but I want him to see that his path is not limited to college. He can forge his own way! I simply want him to be kind and happy, no matter what he chooses to do.

That is a loaded question! I love soul food. Nothing beats a good pot of beans with collards and vidalia cornbread or buttermilk biscuits with fried chicken. My go to's are chianti braised short ribs, reuben eggrolls, stewed chicken, pot roast, and chicken taquitos. I love flavors from all over and sharing my passion with friends and family.

There are a few personal things that I would like to do for my immediate family in order to make life easier, along with taking them on a proper vacation. They haven't had the opportunity to travel much, & are on a fixed income. Seeing them happy would make me happy. I would invest the rest in my son's future. If there was any leftover, I would buy myself a new mixer that is larger, with all of the fun attachments in order to be more time efficient & pay for licensing to cater events.
