I recently attended the Parabere Forum which is a summit that empowers women, it focuses on food design and innovation. I was inspired by so many women who are revolutionizing the culinary industry. I am also inspired by my Mom who is both talented and creative and by world renowned chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Grant Achatz and Cristina Martinez.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I honestly don’t have one specific dish. I’m Colombian with a love for both Colombian and Italian food, so I am constantly exploring all regions without limiting myself to one specific one.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I could start my own business. I want to open a kitchen to teach kids and adults how to cook and also be able to do bible studies at the same time. I would also use it to help feed the homeless community and anyone that’s hungry. My end goal with opening up my business is to use some of those profits to give back to the community.
