First, I inspire myself. Cooking since I was 7 years old was and still is my sense of therapy for my emotional and mental health. Cooking brings love and joy in my heart and happiness within my spirit. Cooking is my safe space and cooking has saved me. God also inspires me to cook. He is the one that has blessed me with this God-given talent and he birth this vision into my life of having my own production team, kitchen studio and cooking show that I visualize called "Production Mondays&qu
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Awh man! That has always been a tough question for me. I have many dishes that I LOVE to curate. If I have to narrow it down, I'd say Creamy Stuffed Salmon Pasta. It's a very rich pasta dish but so satisfying and full of love!
What would you do with the $25,000?First give back to God because he is the one that made it happen. Second, I would build my Chaz's Cuisines LLC Team, production team and either team up with a network company or start from the ground up and find a kitchen studio to start a cooking show. Representing Colored business women and mothers on tv. Being that inspiration to women and children all over the world to never give up on their goals, dreams and God. Also, I would start a spiritual-based apparel line with aprons.
