Receive Text UpdatesI have worked in the industry since I was 15. I remember standing on a stool cooking a potato in a pot of water making “stone soup” worked my way up. Dropped out of college to run a restaurant. Opened my own restaurant… I think mostly because I hated school so much, and thrived in kitchens. With all of the other misfits!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite things to cook are low and slow, time consuming things… Stuff that takes all day. Working in restaurants, so much of the work is al minute. Working on something all day is more fun to me. Nothing in particular. Something that takes a six pack or two to make.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give it to my wife.
